The Township Board, in its role as the Board of Adjustment, will make a determination on the Johanning variance request at its regular meeting on Monday, 13 Apr 26.

Applicant Duane Johanning requests a variance from Mantrap Township’s Land Use Ordinance, Sec 700-040, item 5b, 20ft side yard setback for an accessory structure.  Applicant is requesting a 10ft structure setback.
