A Public Hearing to receive public comment and input is scheduled for 7:00p.m., Wednesday April 8th 2026, at the Mantrap Town Hall located at 23494 240th Street, Nevis, MN 56467 to discuss a variance request. Applicant Duane Johanning requests a variance from Mantrap Township’s Land Use Ordinance, Sec 700-040, item 5b, 20ft side yard setback for an accessory structure. Applicant is requesting a 10ft structure setback.
