Island View Drive is open for traffic, including large vehicles for construction and septic installation. There is still work being done, though–clearing any construction equipment and materials out and reseeding. Expected completion is 15 Nov. Final resurfacing and repair of a 40′ section of road north of the culverts will occur next spring/summer after road restrictions are lifted.
